The department is located on the 3rd floor of the Maternity Hospital
The specialists of the department provide care in labour and delivery. During labour and delivery women may be supported by birth partners.
We offer anesthesia to relieve pain in labour (spinal, epidural analgesia). Immediately after birth, a child is given to a woman for breastfeeding. It promotes lactation, forms intestinal microflora and trigger the immune response.
We may collect umbilical cord blood and store it in the private umbilical cord blood bank for future use.
If a woman is not assigned to our maternity hospital, but wants to deliver herein, she may make a contract thereof. The contract is be made in week 37 of pregnancy. To make a contract, please, contact Natalya A. Odintsova, Deputy Chief Physician for Obstetrics and Gynecology. The reception hours are from 9.00AM to 10.00AM daily.
You offer such an option as the delivery in the private delivery room. There are a shower stall, bed, armchair, baby changing table and a heater.
The department has the state-of-the-art equipment, including the electronic fetal monitor.
