The Portal for rating organizations provides citizens with an accessible way to express their opinion on the quality of services provided by state organizations, which contributes to improving the quality of public services.
The rating of state organizations formed on the basis of these evaluations creates an additional incentive to improve the quality of work with the population and promotes the development of an open dialogue between the government and the population.
